Remote learning and asynchronous courses has been sensational for me academically. I have become very disciplined, and my grades are the best it’s ever been. However, whereas my experiences with online education have been phenomenal, for many it’s been troublesome. In fact, online learning has had a negative impact on students from all education levels. The most concerning aspects: access to technology, mental health, sense of isolation, screen time, and academic performance.
